Rules regarding the deposit
How do I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be automatically and fully reimbursed:
- after you have completed your Prøve i Dansk (final exam)
- if you pass a module test within the given timeframe and do not wish to continue with the next module
Your deposit is always reimbursed into your NemKonto.
How could I lose my deposit?
You lose your deposit if:
- you withdraw without passing a module test or Prøve i Dansk (final exam)
- you do not pass your module test within the maximum given time frame
If you lose your deposit, you will need to pay a new deposit to start the next module.
Maximum given timeframes:
Modul 1: 6 months max.
Modul 2: 6 months max.
Modul 3: 7 months max.
Modul 4: 8 months max.
Modul 5: 9 months max.
Modul 6: 9 months max.
Please note that the maximum given timeframe is not the amount of time spent in each module. The maximum given timeframe leaves room for vacation or other shorter pauses or breaks within a module. You are adviced to plan longer breaks between modules to prevent losing your deposit. Please, don't hesitate to ask your teacher or our counselor if you have questions regarding the status of your deposit.
